Absolutely not! Our programs are designed for people of all fitness levels, from complete beginners to advanced athletes. During your consultation, we'll assess your current fitness level and design a program that meets you exactly where you are. We'll progress at a pace that's challenging but appropriate for your abilities.

How quickly will I see results?

Measurable results in strength, endurance, and body composition typically become evident within 4-6 weeks of consistent training. What's included in the fitness assessment?

Absolutely! Our Athletic Performance & Team Training programs are specifically designed for middle school and high school athletes. We focus on developing speed, agility, explosive power, functional strength, and movement quality—all while reducing injury risk. We offer both individual and team training options.

What are your hours?

We're open Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We're closed on Sundays. Our flexible hours make it easy to fit training into your schedule.

How do I get started?

Simply contact us to schedule your free consultation. During this consultation, we'll discuss your goals, conduct a fitness assessment, and design a custom program tailored to your needs. For a limited time, you can also get a free week of personal or athletic performance training sessions.
