Our comprehensive fitness assessment evaluates multiple dimensions of your physical health and performance, including strength levels across different muscle groups, cardiovascular capacity and endurance, flexibility and range of motion, movement patterns and potential imbalances, and baseline metrics specific to your goals. This assessment is conducted during your initial consultation and repeated periodically to track your progress.

We work with clients who have been cleared by their doctor or physical therapist but aren't quite back to their pre-injury capabilities.
